What are the common problems of heat transfer film

The difference between thermal transfer and water transfer is that the graphics and text on the intermediate carrier film are transferred to the substrate with corresponding pressure, which is the so-called transfer. According to different pressures, thermal transfer film can be divided into thermal transfer, water transfer, air transfer, screen transfer and low temperature transfer.

1. Thermal transfer technology Thermal transfer is a technology that prints patterns on heat-resistant tapes and prints ink layer patterns on finished materials by heating and pressing. Even with multiple patterns, since the transfer operation is only a process, customers can shorten the printing operation and reduce the loss of materials (finished products) caused by printing errors. Multi-color can be printed by heat transfer film at one time, without overprinting, simple equipment can print lively patterns. Thermal transfer film heat transfer equipment is used to decorate aluminum and various metal plates. Thermal transfer film can achieve the effect of wood products or marble. The thermal transfer equipment works according to the principle of thermal sublimation, which can quickly transfer the required wood grain or marble grain to the surface of the aluminum powder coating within 3-5 minutes, and penetrate the coating 40-60 microns. The production process of aluminum transfer printing: use a film machine to cut the heat transfer film into the required size.

2. According to the size of the workpiece, use a transfer ultrasonic packaging machine to ultrasonically weld the cut transfer film into a workpiece packaging bag.

3. Insert the worker into the workpiece packaging bag made of transfer film on the packaging platform.

4. Place the work piece wrapped with the heat transfer film on the trolley platform of the heat transfer machine, you can place 18 kinds of aluminum materials in sequence, connect the vacuum faucet to the two ends of the aluminum material and lock, and turn on the vacuum switch. The transfer film adheres closely to the aluminum material. The trolley automatically sends the aluminum to the oven, and the oven automatically heats up to 220 degrees for 3 minutes. The trolley automatically exits the oven.

5. Loosen the vacuum tap and take out the workpiece.

6. Remove the transfer film and check the quality of the workpiece. The heat transfer film production process includes: cutting the heat transfer paper roll into the required size with a slicer.
